working principle

When the main motor is started, the motor rotor transmits power to the high-speed shaft of the reducer through the elastic coupling, and after being decelerated by the reducer, the passive shaft of the reducer is transmitted to the spindle device through the gear coupling, if Constantly changing the steering of the motor, the reel can be wound or loosened, and the lifting container can be moved up and down periodically in the wellbore.

1), the minimum safety factor of the wire rope meets the following requirements:

3). The number of layers of wire rope wound on the reel shall comply with the following requirements:

1. Lifting personnel or lifting personnel and materials in the vertical shaft, 1 layer; specially designed for lifting materials, 2 layers;

2. Lifting personnel and materials in the inclined roadway, 2 layers; 3 layers for lifting materials;

3. Lifting personnel and materials during construction, 2 layers.
